Role Summary:

FourQ Systems is looking for an experienced Middleware Architect who will support the integrity of system/software solution, including best practices for delivering services.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Middleware Architect will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, software solutions, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

As part of the member of this team you will play an important role in:

  • Ensure adherence to architecture standards and roadmaps.
  • The architect will support the technical escalation of FourQ Systems/advanced issues for problem resolution and apply deep knowledge of industry standards and vendor certifications

FourQ Systems is looking for an Information Technology (IT) Security Analyst who will conduct information security risk assessments for information systems, affiliate organizations, and vendors and assist with the management of the information security risk assessment process, including scoping, intake, review, and approvals.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Information Technology Analyst will review system design and security controls against NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/2, and other standard security frameworks. Establish and maintain effective risk assessment and risk management practices, following NIST 800-30, 800-37, and 800-39 guidance. The position also requires the ability to support software applications that interface with Oracle and SQL Server databases. DBA will assist in analyzing, performance tuning, maintaining, troubleshooting databases, and interfacing systems using full life cycle development techniques with a concentration on full integration of agency-wide software systems and solutions. The Database Administrator performs research, evaluates, and recommends solutions for managing effective, efficient, flexible, and robust applications.

Essential Responsibilities:

The person in this position analyzes business processes and designs solutions through data modeling, process modeling, and event modeling techniques. DBA reviews requirements and design documents, writes design documents when necessary, and works with managers and staff to provide project estimates.

In this role, the successful individual will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy. Essential Responsibilities:

This person will maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. They will partner with internal and external partners to make sure the systems are up and running smoothly as well as develop Patch Management Policy, working with internal groups like Engineering and external vendors to make sure IT equipment are patched regularly. In this role, you will be part of the Change Management Life cycle to make sure each proposed change on IT Infrastructure is reviewed/approved/executed and tested.

As part of the member of this team you will play an important role in both daily and monthly responsibilities.

  • Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly.
  • Monitor datacenter health using preexisting management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed.
  • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
  • Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
  • Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in AWS cloud server setup, AWS Sys Ops Administrator-Associate/ AWS DevOps Engineer-Professional certifications
