Partnership Program Manager

Role Summary:

FourQ Systems is looking for a Partnership Program Manager to coordinate Partnership Program relationships and articulate Partnership Program strategy. You will also support the relationship between FourQ and partner organizations in relation to sales to enhance the overall teaming relationship.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you will collaborate with FourQ partnership executive leads to develop and execute a global partnership program plan that supports overall strategic priorities. This role is instrumental in supporting the strategic priorities of FourQ and expanding opportunities to continue delivering world-class results for our portfolio of Fortune 2,000 clients. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, focus on identifying and partnering with new alliances as well as cultivating our business with existing partners.

As part of the member of this team you will play an important role in:

  • Cultivate partnerships from initial identification through partnership engagement and operationalization
  • For new partner opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, develop work plans, lead analysis and develop and communicate final recommendations
  • Develop and execute a global partnership program plan, and support partnership program executive leads that support the firm’s overall strategy
  • Ensure partnership program counterparts are informed of the overall value of partnership program in the context of FourQ capabilities
  • Maintain consultative business relationships with partners to gain exposure to partners’ business initiatives to impact growth positively
  • Develop/maintain core partnership program collaterals
  • Maintain all partnership asset inventory, including interactions, meetings and materials/collaterals, in CRM
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the partnership sales reps to drive pipeline development
  • Manage pipeline and requisite cadence. Track and resolve business issues with our partners
  • Support client discussions with FourQ sales and business development leadership
  • Work with sales and partnership executive leads to support account expansion as necessary
  • Support partnership program QBR and other reporting requirements
  • Participate in annual partnership Sales Kick-Off (SKO)
  • Execute marketing plan developed in annual partnership program plans
  • Coordinate marketing events and activities including conferences, networking events, SKO, QBRs, etc.
  • Develop internal/external partnership program communication strategy
  • Identify partnership program eminence opportunities
  • Develop training materials for partner certification program
  • Ensure that all training certification requirements are met on an annual basis

Qualifications and Requirements:​

  • 3+ years of experience in business strategy, marketing and/or partnerships at leading SaaS software company or strategy consulting firm
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field of study; MBA or other Master’s Degree a plus
  • Highly proficient at researching, organization, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on environment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Skilled at negotiating, navigating, understanding, and enforcing contracts
