Melissa Tu, FourQ’s Global Human Resources Leader, leads the company’s initiatives to increase the productivity and well-being of its employees. She is a forward-thinking executive focused on developing a talented, proactive, and dedicated workforce to provide exceptional solutions for FourQ’s clients.
In roles at companies like GE, CenturyLink, Amazon, Graco, and the University of Michigan, she has been a connector between business lines and HR. She is experienced at recruiting, training, professional development, compensation, conflict resolution, employee communications, succession planning, capacity building, evaluations, retention strategies, and performance management. Melissa’s strategic thinking coupled with operational knowledge has been key to her driving process improvement (including Six Sigma/Lean) and change initiatives.

Melissa earned a bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from Lourdes College, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Findlay.
She enjoys reading about business, citing Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In as an interesting profile of a female leader in a predominantly male industry. Last year, Melissa took her first cruise trip to the Western Caribbean, and she eagerly awaits the day when she can explore other island destinations.
